Clergy Appreciation Sunday - June 5th 2022

"THANK YOU" to Fr. John Charest, Deacon Evan O'Neil, all our Readers & Altar Servers and their families today on "UOL Clergy Appreciation Sunday"! Thank you for all you do from the Sr. UOL Chapter & Parishioners of Sts. Peter & Paul Carnegie, PA! Have a blessed day! 

Back in 1969 at the 22nd Annual UOL Convention it was deceided  to make the First Sunday after Ascension Priests Day as a way to honor their Spiritual Advisors.  The UOL has since expanded the day to include ALL clergy and has called the day "Clergy Appreciation Day" and honors all clergy for their service.
